Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at kittcgonline@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at kittcgonline@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

For an item to be eligible for return due to damage or defect, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
